Based in St. Cloud, Minnesota, Palmer Printing has been in business since 1966, providing printing and distribution services to a wide-range of industries and organizations.

As they have grown over the 40+ years they have been in business, they have expanded their offerings and have assembled a staff with firsthand knowledge and industry experience. They are able to offer their client’s strategic insight and expertise to help take their project far beyond just the printed page. They pride themselves in the relationships they have built and their ability to offer responsive, efficient service, regardless of the project.

However, as the business diversified, they realized the current brand was not reflecting what they had grown into as a company. They needed to have a brand message that was consistent across all segments of their business that helped strengthen their brand position.

Process

We studied their brand and the business. We defined the audience. We gained insight and understanding of the consumer by pointing out their distinctive differences and perceived responses. We then used the power of imagery and words to define the brand’s personality — its DNA.
