Located in Dubuque and Davenport, Iowa, Elements Acupuncture + Wellness offers the most complete integrative health methods available with Chinese medicine by board-certified and licensed Acupuncturists. They focus on locating and removing the interference in your body in order for you to be healthy. Elements believes that you’re healthy when your body works the way it was was designed.

To differentiate themselves in the integrative health market, they realized they needed to define and create a cohesive brand. A brand with both a voice and look/feel that conveyed the fact that their clients benefit from their knowledge of services that go way beyond pain, regaining vibrancy and energy for life. It needed to appeal to, engage and inspire their target audience – those people sharing the same beliefs toward optimum health and wellness.

That’s where we came in.

Process

We studied their brand and the business. We defined the audience. We gained insight and understanding of the consumer by pointing out their distinctive differences and perceived responses. We then used the power of imagery and words to define the brand’s personality — its DNA.
